If you are looking for a healthy recipe idea that is very quick to make, and that is also very appetizing for children, on our site we present this white fish papillote. Take, in addition to the fish, some vegetables.
This recipe can be made with hake, sole or any other white fish and is ideal for children and pregnant women who eat a low-fat diet. The white fish papillote can be prepared in less than 10 minutes and then, to grill, you will only need about 15 more. A recipe for lunch or dinner, and very attractive.
- 1 hake loin (or other white fish)
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot (small)
- 1/2 zucchini
- Salt, parsley and juice of half a lemon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 hello of parchment paper or laminated paper
1- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
2- Cut the onion into very thin slices, and then the carrot and zucchini in julienne strips, also very thin.
3- Considering the size of the fish, make a package with the greaseproof paper or with the laminated paper.
4- Add the cut vegetables, so that they are the bed of the fish, and season them.
5- Season the fish and arrange it on top of the vegetables.
6- In a small plate, mix the oil with the lemon juice, the chopped parsley and some salt, and season the fish. You can also leave half a slice of a lemon inside the package to give the fish more juiciness.
7- Close the package, taking care that there is not even an open end, and bake for about 15 minutes.
8- When removing the papillote from the oven, be very careful not to burn yourself with the steam. The fish can be served in the papillote itself. It will attract a lot of children's attention. Enjoy your meal!
