- 4 slices of bread
- 2 tomatoes
- 200 gr of Serrano ham
- 8 wild asparagus
- Spread cheese
- Brie cheese
1. Wash and peel the tomatoes, finely chop and pass through the food processor until a uniform paste is obtained.
2. Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on top (you can also use cheese with herbs)
3. Place the ham slices, two asparagus and two brie cheese slices on each toast on top of the bread. Season with salt and pepper and add a little oregano.
4. Bake at 190º for about 10 minutes to melt the cheese.
