Egg-filled meatloaf is a dish whose main ingredient is minced meat, beef or veal. A very attractive dish, especially for children's lunch or dinner. As a general rule, it is advisable to serve it hot and accompanied by what you like best. We have chosen a very fresh green salad.

- 500 gr. minced beef
- 4 eggs
- 100 gr. breadcrumbs
- Chopped parsley
Tips: In this recipe, you can use old bread soaked in milk instead of breadcrumbs.
1- Put 3 eggs to cook in a saucepan with hot water for about 10 minutes.
2- Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix the meat well with one of the eggs, the chopped parsley and the salt.
3- Add the breadcrumbs until you get a compact and firm dough.
4- Spread the dough on a surface, on top of a piece of plastic kitchen wrap, giving it a rectangular shape.
5- When the eggs are cooked, peel them and arrange them horizontally across the meat mass.
6- Close the dough by wrapping the eggs, forming a roll, with the help of plastic film.
7- Grease the cake with a little oil and put it in a source. Bake the dish for about 30 minutes, or until the cake is golden brown on all sides. If you notice that the cake is very dry, you can wash it down with a little meat broth.
8- Serve the meat cut into slices about 2 cm thick, accompanied by a tomato sauce, some cheese, a mashed potatoes or simply a green salad.
