Stuffed turkey is a traditional dish, ideal to serve at family gatherings such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, or a birthday. It is a very special and very tasty dish.

Turkey is a very dry type of meat, but the filling gives it the flavorful and juicy touch that makes this a unique recipe. The filling admits multiple varieties, while the Thanksgiving made in the United States is based on bread, this traditional one that we are going to cook in it is cooked from minced meat.

  • 250 gr of minced meat
  • 1 carrot
  • Half an onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 celery
  • 150 gr of almonds
  • 100 gr of raisins
  • 1 apple
  • Parsley
  • White wine
  • Salt

1. Peel the tomatoes and apples and remove the seeds. Wash the rest of the ingredients.

2. Pour a splash of oil in a pan and add the onion and minced garlic. Stir until the onion is transparent and add the meat and salt.

3. When the meat is cooked, add the rest of the ingredients: chopped carrot, tomatoes, celery, almonds, apples and raisins. Mix everything well and let everything cook.

4. Add a splash of wine and add salt if necessary. When the wine has cooked remove from the heat and you have your turkey filling ready.
