This rich recipe for cookies from cinnamon and chocolate with peanuts is an explosion of energy, flavors, textures and pleasures.   • 250 grams of wheat flour
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2/3 cups roasted, salted and chopped peanuts
  • 200 gr. chocolate chips / 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
  • 150 gr. unsalted butter or margarine / 2 eggs
  • 125 gr. of brown sugar / 65 gr. of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda and 1 teaspoon of salt

1- First, put the oven to heat to 210 degrees

2- In a bowl, mix the flour (sifted), the bicarbonate, the salt and the cinnamon.

3- In another bowl put the butter or margarine and beat it with a mixer on high speed until a smooth and light appearance is achieved.

4- Add the granulated sugar to the butter or margarine and beat again.

5- Add the eggs and beat again.

6- Add the flour mixture, little by little, to the butter mixture. Mix everything very well.

7- Add the brown sugar, the chocolate chips, the bicarbonate and the vanilla and stir everything again.

8- Take the dough for 15 to 20 minutes in the fridge.

9- After this time, stretch the dough on a flat surface and cut the cookies with the mold you want.

10- Distribute the chopped peanuts on the surface of the cookies.

11- Arrange the cookies in a bowl, separately, and take them to the oven.

They should be crisp and soft at the same time.
