Pregnancy benefits women over 35 Brainstorming

Although women over the age of 35 have to face greater risks, a study has the benefit of having a pregnant mother as they will have much better cognitive abilities and memory.

There are more and more women who have children only 30-35 years of age, or even younger, despite the fact that, according to experts, the risk of developing or developing a condition is significantly greater with older age. However, the results of a research revealed that There are also benefits to being a pregnant mothersuch as improving memory and cognitive skills. The positive effects of this early pregnancy can be felt in many ways The University of Southern California researched 830 women of varying age in cognitive and decisional abilities, as well as verbal memory. In addition, they recorded that when they had their first menstrual period, they were pregnant, how old were the pregnancies. who had a baby after age 35 had better brain skills and memorythan those who were born younger. This of course concerned the last pregnancy. It was also found that women older than 24 were more effective in solving problems and thinking more logically than younger moms. It is interesting in the results of the research that these the positive effects have persisted for years and decades, that is, the middle-aged women also influenced the cognitive abilities when they had a baby. Dr. Roxana KarimHowever, according to the study's lead author, this does not mean that it is worthwhile to postpone childbirth, but it is important to know that early pregnancies have their benefits as well. Is your baby really gonna be huge with your pregnant vitamins?

There is a great deal of public awareness about the various drugs that are supported. One of the most widespread "side effects" of pregnancy vitamins is, according to many people, that excess nutrients really do produce huge babies.

Is your baby really gonna be huge with your pregnant vitamins?

What this belief is is true, arrуl dr. Angel Giza baby - naughty spoke to ratkotunde.hu.

Need Extra Nutrition?

Basically man, like all girls on Earth, was created for reproduction. This means that the women's body is able to carry out a new life without any external intervention. Unfortunately, the world changes, and so do the demands. The development of pregnancy and the smooth delivery of a pregnancy largely depend on how well the body is prepared, ie how well the nutrients are supplied. Low levels of iron in the body can lead to anemia, low levels of zinc, copper, and immune problems, if you do not have enough yoga in the body, it will affect the thyroid gland and the whole endocrine system. Proper nutrition is the key to perfect body function. To build a healthy body, you need to have an even balance, while the fetus also needs extra energy from the body. Basically A deal should be secured, but this is very difficult today. Foods contain a lot of substances that the body does not need, in fact, many that do no good to it. The vitamins, minerals and trace elements of vegetables and fruits are constantly decreasing, thanks to the large-scale production, fertilization, continuous breeding, and the development of agriculture. So it was still relatively difficult for our grandmothers to cover the extra needs of food in the old days, and nowadays it is very difficult.

If you have a lot of nutrients, do you get huge babies?

Dr. Angela Giza emphasized that nutrition plays a huge role in the baby's healthy development, but It does not in any way result in beans! The reason for the birth of a 4-5 or up to 6 kg baby is a at most genetic. Examining the family background of such huge babies usually reveals that grandfather, grandmother is not an average weight, or baby over the length, so the case is easy to explain. Even if the genetic background did not justify the huge baby, increased nutrient intake would not do the same. In the case of importing too much of a substance, there are two things to count. It is easier - for example, in the case of water-soluble vitamins - to simply pick out the excess and dispense it. In the heavier version, overdose can cause symptoms - such as in the case of high fat vitamins - but this can be taken relatively easily and can be remedied with the help of the right specialist. In addition, in addition to nutrient intake, at most, the mother causes obesity, since the fetus nutrient-functional state can optimize the vitamin. For the reasons mentioned above, However, they also emphasize that importance of absorptionand the complexity of the formulation must be pronounced. Accordingly, it is worth taking a drug that contains all or at least a significant amount of the required substances and contains these substances in an organic bond!

9 reasons my older kids still go to bed early

My kids are 8, 6, and 3 and they still go to bed early. Yup, by 8 p.m., my house is usually quiet, barring the occasional call for a drink, another hug, a stuffed animal, a Band-Aid, another story, less-itchy pajamas, or hangnail removal.

Sometimes, sometimes I’ll let my 8-year-old stay up later than her siblings to read, or play a game with her dad and me, or watch a show. But that isn’t a regular occurrence.

On most nights, we start the bedtime process for all three girls by 7 o’clock. Which requires planning ahead. So basically, when the older two get off the bus at 4:30, bedtime preparation is already in motion. Here’s what a typical night looks like in our house:

4:30 p.m. The older kids start their homework.

5:00 p.m. I cook dinner.

5:30 p.m. The kids eat

6:00 p.m. They finish up any remaining homework.

6:15/6:30 p.m. Playtime!

7:00 p.m. Upstairs for PJs, brushing teeth, and stories; earlier if it’s a bath night

7:30 p.m. We finish up reading, talk about the day, what’s happening tomorrow, whether there’s such thing as angels, how time machines work, why Velcro stops working as well over time, etc. Sometimes they have a little extra energy they need to get out...

8:00 p.m. Lights out!

Most of my mom friends are just starting the bedtime process with their kids when I’m already downstairs eating my dinner, doing yoga, working on a story, or enjoying a glass of wine.

But here’s why my kids still go to bed so early:

They’re tired. That reason alone would be enough!

I’m tired of them. Sorry if that’s blunt, but by 8 o’clock, I need a break from being “mom.” Plain and simple.

They don’t know any different. They've always gone to bed early. And that routine is working, so why mess with it?

When they go to bed late, they are beasts the next morning. And I am a mere mortal; no match for the "Exhaustedclops."

I go to bed early, too. By 10 o'clock, the night is ending for me. I'll be damned if I only get an hour or less of kid-free time to think, or complete a sentence, without someone needing something, or interrupting me. That's just unhealthy! And then I'd start tomorrow more frazzled, and less prepared to be the best mom and person possible.

The struggle is real when it comes to the kids getting out of bed. Every morning, my third grader and kindergartner act like I just woke them up from hibernation. And I'm trying to make it even more difficult to motivate them to get up because...?

Last time I checked, they are still kids. I'm in no rush for them to grow up, and do things that preteens and teenagers do, like stay up late, and text, and Snapchat, and think they know everything. Okay, they already think that. But any way I can keep them young and childlike is good in my book.

I want my kids to stay on the same schedule. Even though they are different ages, for now, it's largely still working for them to get ready for, and go to bed at the same time. I realize eventually, this won't fly. Maybe when my oldest is 10, and the youngest is 5, I'll start staggering bedtimes. But for as long as I can make this easy on myself, I'm going to!

Just because other parents do things differently doesn't mean I have to. I work really hard to focus my attention and energy on what is happening in this house, within these walls. That ideal guides most of my parenting decisions, not least among them, what time is best for my children to go to bed.
