500 g potatoes

1 large carrot

2 medium onions

1 large bell pepper

1 parsley root

100 ml of oil

1 tablespoon vegetable

450 ml bags

Method of preparation

While putting about 4 liters of water to the boil, clean and wash the vegetables well (carrot, onion, parsley root and pepper), then cut them into small cubes and add them to the water after it starts to boil.

Clean and cut the potatoes, which you will put in the pot after the vegetables already cooked have boiled in half.

Add the vegetable and tomato juice, then the bag that you have heated a little before (so as not to foam). Leave everything to a boil for a few minutes, after which you put out the fire and put the finely chopped green and oil.

Method of serving

The potato broth is served hot, with chilli (chives) and fresh bread, according to your preference.

1. Bring a frying pan to the fire with a little oil.

2. Chop the garlic and onion, grate the carrot, and fry everything in the pan.

3. When they begin to have color, add the minced meat. Mix everything so that the meat is well done. Add the chopped parsley and bring to a boil.


4. When it starts to boil, add the natural tomato sauce. We have used a can, but if you want you can do homemade tomato sauce. Mix everything very well, let it boil for a few minutes and remove the pan from the heat.


5. Meanwhile, wash and dry the zucchini. With the help of an appliance, grate the zucchini, one by one. If you do not have this device, you can cut strips of the zucchini with a knife.


6. The next step will be to add all the pasta to the pan where the Bolognese sauce is. Stir carefully so that the zucchini is soaked in the sauce. Bring the pan back to the heat and let it cook for about 5 minutes and nothing more, to prevent the zucchini from becoming soft.

7. And here we have our spaghetti with bolognese sauce. Now you just need a little grated cheese and that's it. Ready to take to the table. Enjoy your meal!

The Little Brown Bear Chew Merry-Go-Round

This is a great idea for a birthday treat ... invite Little Brown Bear and all his friends!

Ingredients

It is necessary :
1 natural yoghurt
3 pots of flour
2 eggs
2 jars of powdered sugar
half a pot of oil,
1 packet of dry yeast

Realization of the base of the cake:

Empty the yoghurt pot in a salad bowl.
Wash and wipe the pot (the pot serves as a unit of measurement).
Add to the bowl: flour, eggs, sugar, oil and yeast.
Mix and pour into a round pan.
Cook for 30 minutes, thermostat 6 (180 °).

Step 1

After cooking, remove the rounded part of the cake.
Spread 250 g marzipan on parchment paper.

2nd step

To make the marquee: cut out the edges of a paper plate as a star.
Form a cone with the bottom of another plate and tape it.
Plant 4 straws bent in the cake and tape each part bent under the plate.

Step 3

To make the central pillar, stick together mini biscuits round with food glue.
To decorate, glue candies with a few drops of lemon juice mixed with 2 tbsp. tablespoon icing sugar.

Once your characters are printed and cut out, slip each of them into a Tagada strawberry split in two.
Then decorate your cake with candies glued with a few drops of lemon juice mixed with 2 tbsp. tablespoon icing sugar.
